Friday Finds. 01
Spanish designers, jackets for autumn, the going out top, and some fun pants!
Inspiration strikes at every turn. Whether that’s shopping irl, scrolling on tiktok or pinterest, or simply flicking through a magazine. I’m constantly saving pieces to my mental wishlist. So, I thought why not bring this list to life and put it on my Substack!
Here are the pieces I have my eyes on this week (I am aware some may stay on the wish list indefinitely lol $$$)
Barrington Denim Jacket
How insane is this denim jacket by Veronica Beard. I was scrolling on their website after seeing the most gorgeous (and totally unnecessary jacket) from the Fall 2026 Ready-to-Wear collection.

Obviously the bedazzled crystal collar is the star of the show, but I am honestly so drawn to the large button - I feel like it perfectly balances everything happening at the top. The collar is removable, which is a plus if you need to tone it down for the office.
Melani White Asymmetric Blouse
I am thiiiiiis close to pulling the trigger on this purchase. I mean just look at it! What a stunning top!! I absolutely love LAAGAM - in fact the Cecile blouse is probably my most complimented top. I am learning the importance of having those wow tops that can be simply thrown on with a pair of trousers. Statement tops are where it’s at and you are most definitely encouraged to outfit repeat. The details: take a look at the embroidery.
Mocha “Windy” PU Leather Jacket
To be honest, this jacket feels a bit grunge (ifykyk) for my taste. But I think styled correctly could be a really cool staple in my wardrobe. I love the cross body zip and the funnel neck, which can be folded over. Might have to convince my brother he needs this so I can steal it from him.
Ana Leather Halter in Deep Bordeaux
I’ve never had a top have such a chokehold on me, especially one I realistically don’t need coming into autumn. But I guess the richness of the dark red does lend it to the autumnal weather. Clearly I have a thing for Spanish designers because it turns out HOLLI is based between Spain and California. Oh, and it’s handmade by Jacopo in Massa, Italy.
Belted Cape Jacket in Floral Print
Clearly I have changed tune to “autumn mode” with all these jackets. But this short trench from Etro is a show stopper. In true Etro style, it features a fun bohemian floral print. I shouldn’t even have to mention this, but yes, it is 100% cotton.
Safe to say, this one is a future wish list item but I truly am so in love with it a) for the floral design and b) because the cape is so chic.
Pewter Blue Maxine Tassel Top
I saw Carly on my tiktok style this top saying blue is basically a neutral… and I am obsessed. I love baby blue and wide armed sleeves. And of course cannot get over the tassels at the hem. This makes for such a fun top, and since blue is a neutral, it can be worn with everything.
Fiesta Sequin Pants 02
Now this is what they mean when they say “put your party pants on”! La Veste seriously has the most colourful and fun pieces, but I am especially loving these sequinned pants. They are also handmade in Spain (classic). And I’d argue with so many colours on one pant, you can wear them with everything!
Cool Jean
I’m searching for new white denim. Is that a good thing? No, because I will inevitably destroy them like I have with my previous pairs. But these ones from Still Here NYC are soooo cool. I didn’t find them this week, but I CANNOT get them off my mind. I love the draw string detail, and pray they are as slouching on a tall girl as they are on the model.
Will I be buying everything off my wishlist? No. But will I use this to find inspiration with what I already have in my wardrobe? Absolutely.
